After Amanda made her first property purchase in Sydney in 1988, she never looked back. Passionate about every aspect of the property industry, she set about building her own real estate portfolio. Her tenacity in hunting down interesting properties with potential, buying them at the right price and then applying her flair for renovation, have all contributed to her success.
Each of Amandaโs experiences in the property market contributed to her growing expertise, and she quickly earned a reputation as a savvy property investor. Ultimately, her passion for property and her desire to share this with others led to Amanda founding her own business.

Gareth purchased his first property whilst studying Land Economics at UTS in 1994, and after graduating in 1999, began his career as a Property Valuer in Sydney shortly afterwards. After practising in Melbourne for three years, Gareth returned to Sydney as State Manager for WBP Group when he was admitted to Australian Property Institute as a Certified Practising Valuer.
With over 15 yearsโ experience as a property valuer assessing residential, commercial, and industrial properties, across NSW, VIC, QLD, and SA, Gareth then became a licenced Buyerโs Agent in 2015, advising clients in the purchase of investment properties across Australia since this time.

Before joining the team at Highspec Properties, Marie worked in both the banking and travel industry. Working as a Team Co-Ordinator for a Big-4 Bank, she gained experience in administration and co-ordination of a dynamic leadership team. Here she excelled in dealing with confidential matters in the finance industry.
Prior to banking, Marie worked in Corporate Travel Management for 15 years. Here she gained experience in all sectors of the travel industry, specialling in corporate travel, high-end leisure and Corporate Event Management.
In her personal time, Marie is a soccer mum to 2 boys. Most weekends are kept busy travelling around Sydney and NSW, to follow her sonโs dream of being a professional soccer player. She likes to spend time with family in her spare time.
